Trent & Bethany’s wedding day started out quite warm and humid! We were basically sweated till we got through getting ready photos and the first look! 😉 But let me tell you… it was 100% WORTH it!! We began at Trent and Bethany’s new, beautiful little house, to photograph Bethany and her bridesmaids getting ready and all the fun little details. They were such a fun bunch and her mom and sisters were there as well as her adorable baby brother! 🙂 We had so much fun sneaking shots of him throughout the entire day! 😉 Bethany of course thought of everything and even had beautiful soft blue ribbon along to tie in with the detail photos. Her bouquets were to die for GORGEOUS as well!! Trent’s Aunt Rosie did an incredible job on them like she always does for bridal florals!!
After getting ready photos, we drove a few minutes away to a beautiful portrait location to meet Trent for the first look. And there was a pond with a WILLOW TREE!! Y’all, if there’s anything I love more than having some sun glow through a weeping willow tree for the perfect backdrop for portraits, idk what it’d be?! 😉 Although the sun was in and out of the clouds a lot that day so we didn’t have much glow but it still made for gorgeous images as always!! It was so much fun photographing Trent and Bethany again and even though Trent doesn’t care for photos much, he was a complete trooper about it and we had a blast!! 🙂 It’s also kind of fun that he’s distantly related to me. I’ve been learning to know more and more distant relatives that live all around me through my photography business and it adds a super fun element! 😉 We met the bridal party and family over at Trent’s families place and loved using the beautiful golden wheat field as a backdrop! It went perfectly with the bridesmaids soft blue dresses and stunning, wispy bouquets!
The ceremony took place at the couples home church and then the reception was held at New Covenant, one of my favorite reception centers. Maybe because our reception was there so I always feel nostalgic whenever I walk in there!! 😉 Again, Bethany put so much thought and work into all the details and talk about TALENT when it comes to all the free hand writing she did on all the things around the reception!! The charcuterie and bread boards with honey jars for the center pieces on all the tables were such a beautiful, trendy touch and made for pretty detail photos. It was just a gorgeous day and reception!! Enjoy this overview of their sweet day! Thanks so much Trent and Bethany for the honor and capturing and saving these memories for y’all to last a lifetime!! 🙂 I wish you both God’s richest blessings as you serve Him together now!
Love you guys, Kari
